Couples for Christ Chennai invite you to a weekend stay-in retreat on the theme, ‘Build your house in Christ‘. The theme for this retreat is based on the Bible verse John 15:5,
“Apart from me you can do nothing”.

Being a parent is by no means an easy task. The key to raising a child who is an all rounder is to establish a solid support system at home so that the child grows up satisfied with his/her achievements. I find this idea extremely challenging.
When I started my parenting journey, I questioned if this was all a big mistake. However, I slowly began to realise that I was seeing it from a different angle. The God I know doesn’t make mistakes. Every year the Chennai community has a Christmas get together but last year we decided to take the message out. We went carolling!
We visited 11 homes that accepted our invitation across Chennai to share the joy of Christmas cheer through music. The families we visited were either a part of our CLS or were the couples that missed attending the CLS. What made it even more special was, our young kids who were all below 8 years, they beautifully displayed a tableau of the Nativity scene while the older kids shared the Word of God.
