The full-time pastoral workers met once again this year, at Navjyoti Niketan, Patna, for a weekend retreat from 7th-9th December 2018. It was an opportunity for the full-time pastoral workers from across the country to meet, interact and become one in mind, in order to take the work of Christ forward through CFCI. With the same thought and spirit of growing in love in the CFCI family, a Christmas celebration was scheduled on December 2nd at Milagres PU Hall. The décor was splendid, with stars and lanterns, welcoming everybody to the venue. Red, green and golden were the theme colours. The CFCI Udupi district meet was held on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the Bishop’s House, Udupi. Quite a large number of couples had gathered for this meet. Jimmy Xavier, Southern Mission Co-ordinator, Gerald Castelino, District Servant – Mangalore, Paul Andrade and Leslie Aroza, Director, Family Commission, Diocese of Udupi were all the esteemed guests in presence. The Regional Youth Conference 2018 was held from 9th to 11th of November 2018, at King’s School Margao, Goa. Delegations came from Mumbai, Pune, Mangalore and Bangalore, along with various parts of Goa. There were around 250 youth who attended the conference.
