The full-time pastoral workers met once again this year, at Navjyoti Niketan, Patna, for a weekend retreat from 7th-9th December 2018. It was an opportunity for the full-time pastoral workers from across the country to meet, interact and become one in mind, in order to take the work of Christ forward through CFCI. With the same thought and spirit of growing in love in the CFCI family, a Christmas celebration was scheduled on December 2nd at Milagres PU Hall. The décor was splendid, with stars and lanterns, welcoming everybody to the venue. Red, green and golden were the theme colours. The CFCI Udupi district meet was held on Saturday, December 1, 2018, at the Bishop’s House, Udupi. Quite a large number of couples had gathered for this meet. Jimmy Xavier, Southern Mission Co-ordinator, Gerald Castelino, District Servant – Mangalore, Paul Andrade and Leslie Aroza, Director, Family Commission, Diocese of Udupi were all the esteemed guests in presence. Indeed, CFCI Chennai’s Family Day, celebrated on 18th November 2018, at Sacred Heart Matriculation School, Anna Salai was a day of charismatic unity. Whether a toddler or a grandparent, single or married; Family Day had something exciting for everyone. It was a day filled with love and joy.
