CFCI Logo – Usage & Guidelines

  1. Purpose
    • These terms and conditions have been defined by CFCI in order to explain the usage and the procedure for using the CFCI logos, which is used to promote or depict CFCI and to additionally prevent misuse of the logo.
  2. Who may Use?
    • The use of the CFCI logos is limited to and consequently, these guidelines are applicable to the CFCI community members only, who may, subject to these guidelines, use the CFCI logos further to their respective duties and obligations towards CFCI.
      As a general rule, third parties shall not use the CFCI logos, without a prior written consent of CFCI.
      The logo must always be used pursuant to the specifications on this page to identify CFCI or its events or activities. Any use that falls outside of these specifications is strictly prohibited.
  3. Conditions of Usage
    • The user is required to make an effort to promote CFCI by using the logo in good faith and lawfully.
    • DO’s
      • When using the CFCI logos with other logos and graphic elements in a manner that is permitted, maintain a safety space that equals 100% the size of the square around the logo.
      • Use only approved CFCI logo artwork as provided below this document
      • The logo may be used in monochrome or colour. If it is in colour, it must be in the exact colours as specified below:

      • It must be used in the same horizontal manner as reflected below.
        A reproduction of the logo can be scaled down or increased, but shall retain the same height and width ratio and under no circumstances shall the size exceed or reduced more than 25% of the original size stated below.
      • The logo should be accompanied with a recitation of the url, which should be printed prominently in font and colour clearly visible together with the logo.
    • DON’T’s
      • The logo should not be displayed as a primary or prominent feature on any non-CFCI materials.
      • The logo may not be used in any manner that might imply that any non-CFCI materials, including but not limited to goods, services, websites, or publications are sponsored, endorsed, licensed by, or affiliated with CFCI. Do not modify or alter the marks (such as font style) or use them in a confusing way, including suggesting sponsorship, partnership or endorsement by CFCI, or in a way that confuses CFCI with any other organisation.
      • The logo must stand alone and may not be combined or used in close proximity with any other object, including but not limited to other logos, words, graphics, photos, slogans, numbers, design features, or symbols except as permissible by collectively adhering to all the mentioned conditions.
      • The logo should not be imitated or used as a design feature in any manner and care should be taken to ensure that no part, feature or character of the logo is at any time altered, changed, clipped or cropped.
