Going through the Christian life seminar over the past three months has been a life-changing journey for me. When I had just begun participating, I was burdened with the need to find a job and was struggling with strained relationships with my family. However, as I learnt about God’s love and came to understand His personal love for me, I was moved to build a personal relationship with my Heavenly Father and wanted to strive to be a child of God. My relationship grew with God and slowly but surely, my relationships at home improved too. Continue reading
A hall beaming with bright smiles and warm hugs with a wide range of voices wishing ‘Welcome to the family!’, ‘Congratulations!’, ‘God bless!’ – all on the 4th of August as the Mangalore chapter had their commitment program at the Pastoral Centre, Bajjodi with all segments – couples, singles and youth taking their commitment, the chief guest of the program being none other than the Holy Spirit. The CFCI Singles and Youth of Mangalore had their Covenant Orientation on Sunday, September 23, 2018, at Milagres English Medium Higher Primary School Hall. The main theme was taken from 1 Peter 2:21 which said,
“Be Holy, because I am Holy”.
Around 11 singles and 14 youth were present for this one-day program. It was a day filled with fun, fellowship and new learning. Continue reading
