I found my life partner in the most mysterious and miraculous of circumstances and it is now 7 months since we are married. Our days of courtship were, as any other young couples would be: simply amazing. We both felt that we had found the dream partner and were madly in love. She worked abroad as an air hostess and I would stay up nights just to talk to her because of the time difference. I would send her letters, cards, small surprises and much more. It is Never Too Late!

The little girl was in the garden picking up berries that she was happily eating. She was relishing the sweet-sour taste of the fruit. She picked a bagful of the little treats, which she took home to enjoy.

Some of the berries were dirty, some wormy, some over-ripe and dried up, but she went through as many as she could. As expected, gorging herself on these berries led to her falling sick. Her parents were not too happy and forbade her from picking or eating the berries. Continue reading

A Story of Praise

God has worked beautifully in my life. I have learnt that God works in His own ways and that He knows our deepest desires. I have experienced this and truly believe in it. And today I can stand with pride and share how God has spoken to me and how He listens to His people. At the beginning of the conference, Levin questioned each one of us – “What are we here for?” Though we gave silly answers and even laughed over it, still deep down in my heart the same question needed an answer and the eagerness to know “Why?” And Levin’s reply was true – “I am here because God has chosen us and He has called us to be here“. What does it mean to be pure of heart?
It means to be clean, blameless, unstained from guilt. Being pure of heart involves having a singleness of heart toward God. A pure heart has no hypocrisy, no guile, no hidden motives.
