“Advent” a word so familiar, yet a word we seem to misunderstand at times. Well, just so that you know, Advent is a time of waiting for the second coming of Christ while rejoicing at his first coming.
If you re-read this definition of Advent, don’t you think we tend to ignore a part of it? Don’t you think we get too faithful when it comes to the rejoicing part while we forget about the waiting? Or even if we do wait for Christ’s second coming, are we prepared enough for it? Continue reading

The theme of RYC ‘18 by itself was very meaningful to my life and hence the excitement level took a leap. The worry of a better future and a well-settled career often led me to take the responsibility on myself rather than to yoke it to Jesus. Jesus, being the centre of my life was not very evident until I praised and worshipped Him, offering my all at the conference. Continue reading

Mother most gentle, most kind and pure,
She who was chosen to bring Christ to us all;
Many still lived, more powerful and fun,
Yet the littlest and humblest would bear God’s son.
Spouse of God’s spirit, she was one with the Lord,
Blessed is the fruit of her womb- the son of God;
She became the channel of this Holy Incarnation,
